INFORTAR
Infortar is Estonia's largest investment holding company.
Over a span of more than twenty-five years of operation, Infortar has gradually expanded its investment portfolio. Operating in six countries, the company's main areas of activity are in energy, maritime transport and real estate. Infortar holds a 46.8 % stake in AS Tallink Grupp, owns 100% of AS Eesti Gaas and possesses a diverse and modern real estate portfolio spanning approximately 113,000 square meters.
In addition to its three primary sectors, Infortar also operates in construction, mining, agriculture, printing, taxi services and other fields.
Infortar group comprises a total of 102 companies: 47 group companies, 5 affiliated companies, and 50 subsidiary companies of affiliated entities. Without taking into account affiliate companies, Infortar provides jobs for 1318 people.
Enn Pant
Enn Pant
Enn Pant obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 1990 from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Tartu, majoring in Finance and Credit. In addition, Enn Pant completed a banking development programme at Methodist University (Texas, USA) in 1992.
Enn Pant worked as a branch office director of Eesti Hoiupank from 1990–1992 and as a vice president of Union Baltic Bank from 1992–1993. Between 1992 and 1996, Enn Pant was the Secretary General of the Estonian Ministry of Finance. Enn Pant was the Chairman of the Management board of Tallink from 1996–2015 and since 2015, he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tallink. Enn Pant has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Infortar since 1997.
In addition to his member positions on the Management Board or the Supervisory Board of Group companies, Enn Pant is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Aktsiaselts Tallink Scandinavian, the President of NGO Eesti Tennise Liit, and a member of the Management Board of NGO SEB Tallink Tennis Team.
Toivo Ninnas
Toivo Ninnas
Toivo Ninnas graduated from the Tallinn Maritime School in 1961 with a Shipmaster degree and, in 1966, from Admiral Nevelskoi Maritime State University (FHEMC) with a degree in Maritime Transport Management. Over the years, Toivo Ninnas has also attended maritime and management courses in England, Finland, Russia, and Estonia. In 1990, Toivo Ninnas completed courses at the USSR Academy of Economics.
Toivo Ninnas has worked in Sakhalin Shipping Company from 1961–1972 as a sailor, mate, and captain, and in Estonian Shipping Company from 1972–1980 as a deputy captain, head of department, and captain. From 1980–1986, Toivo Ninnas worked as the General Manager of OY Saimaa Lines (Finland) and then as the General Manager of Estonian Shipping Company from 1987–1997. From 1997–2015, Toivo Ninnas was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Tallink. Since February 2010, Toivo Ninnas is a member of the Supervisory Board of Infortar. In addition, Toivo Ninnas has also been active in society over the years. From 1987–1997, Toivo Ninnas was the President of the Estonian Federation of Underwater Sports, from 1986–1989, a delegate of the Tallinn City TSN, from 1989–1991, a member of the parliament of the USSR, from 1993–2000, the President of the Baltic Shipowners’ Association, and since 2001, he has been the President of the Estonian Shipowners’ Association. From 2000–2004, Toivo Ninnas was the Deputy Mayor of Tallinn and a member of the Tallinn City Council, since 2004, a member of the Estonian Employers’ Confederation Council, and from 2004–2015, the Director of the European Shipowners’ Association.

Kalev Järvelill
Kalev Järvelill
Kalev Järvelill. Mr Järvelill obtained his academic degree in 1993 from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tartu. From 1995–1998, Kalev Järvelill worked as the Director General of the Tax Board and from 1994 –1995 as the Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance. Kalev Järvelill has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Infortar since February 2003.
In addition to his member positions on the Management Board or the Supervisory Board of Group companies, Kalev Järvelill is a member of the Supervisory Board of Tallink and a member of the Management Board of Pärdiklill OÜ.

Mare Puusaag
Mare Puusaag
Mare Puusaag. Ms Puusaag graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 1982 and worked as the Deputy Head of the Economic Law Department of the Ministry of Justice from 1982–1994. From 1994–1997, Mare Puusaag worked as the Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Finance and from 1997–2023, she was General Counsel and Advisor to the Management Board of Tallink.

Ain Hanschmidt
Ain Hanschmidt
Ain Hanschmidt graduated from Tallinn University of Technology in 1984 with a degree in industrial planning. In addition, Ain Hanschmidt studied at the European Retail Property School in Brussels in 2007 (construction, management, and operation of shopping and leisure centres), at the Wallenberg Institute in Stockholm in 2000 (management of financial institutions), and in 1999 he completed the Fontese Consultations OÜ Goldratt Satellite programme ‘Management Training’.
From 1984–1988, Ain Hanschmidt as the Chief Accountant of the Sõprus model cooperative and from 1988–1989 as the Vice Chairman of the Haapsalu District Agro-industrial Association. Thereafter, Ain Hanschmidt worked as the Vice-Chairman of the Haapsalu District Executive Committee and the Chairman of the Planning Committee from 1989–1990 and as the Deputy Mayor of Lääne County Government from 1990–1992. Ain Hanschmidt has extensive experiences in the banking sector. In 1992, Ain Hanschmidt was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Haapsalu Maapank, and from 1992–2005, he served as the Chairman of the Management Board of Eesti Ühispank AS (now AS SEB Pank) and from February to August 2005 as the Chairman of its Supervisory Board. Since August 2005, Ain Hanschmidt has been the CEO of Infortar.

Eve Pant
Eve Pant
Eve Pant graduated from the Tallinn School of Economics in 1990, specialising in public finances. From 1992–1994, Eve Pant worked in the customer service department of Eesti Hoiupank and from 1994–1997, as an accountant for Hermann Reisid. Eve Pant has been a member of the Management Board of Infortar since 1997.
In addition to her member positions on the Management Board or the Supervisory Board of Group companies, Eve Pant is a member of the Supervisory Board of Tallink, a member of the Supervisory Board of Aktsiaselts Tallink Takso, a member of the Management Board of Osaühing Mersok, a member of the Management Board of OÜ Linandell, a member of the Management Board of Vana-Posti Kinnisvara OÜ, and a member of the Management Board of Osaühing Vara HTG.
Martti Talgre
Martti Talgre
Martti Talgre was born on 16 August 1982. Mr Talgre received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tallinn University of Technology in 2007. Martti Talgre has held various positions at AS SEB Pank from 2003–2015, including the Head of Corporate Banking, the Deputy Head of Corporate Banking, and the Deputy Head of Retail Banking and Technology. Since December 2015, Martti Talgre has been the Managing Director of Infortar.
In addition to his member positions on the Management Board or the Supervisory Board of Group companies, Martti Talgre is a member of the Management Board of Atentus OÜ, a member of the Management Board of Tremar Invest OÜ, a member of the Management Board of Kuussarvik OÜ, a member of the Management Board of NGO EESTI GOLFI LIIT, and a member of the Management Board of Sihtasutus Tallinna Haigla Arendus. In addition, Martti Talgre has been the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Tallinn University of Technology since 2015.
