On 31 August 2026, Infortar entered into an agreement with Print Best OÜ for the sale of its shareholdings in Tallinna Raamatutrükikoda, AS Vaba Maa and CardPlus VM. The transaction will be completed once the required merger clearance has been obtained. Following completion, Infortar will exit the printing services business segment and continue to focus on its core areas of activity: maritime transport, energy and real estate.
