AS Infortar has increased its stake in Tallink Group, first acquiring 462,000 Tallink shares and subsequently a further 1,709,937 shares in early June.
As a result of these transactions, Infortar’s holding has risen to 68.76 per cent. Infortar is the largest shareholder of Tallink Group, and the increase in its stake underscores the company’s continued confidence in Tallink’s long-term growth prospects.
