The Infortar headquarters at Liivalaia 9, constructed by INF Ehitus, was awarded the BREEAM In-Use certificate at the level of EXCELLENT. BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is an international certification system used to assess the ecological, social, and economic responsibility of buildings.
According to Jaanus Sula, the Construction Director of Infortar, people often assume that all new buildings are automatically sustainable and of high quality. "In reality, achieving such criteria requires significant effort from the designer, builder, and client alike. As one of Estonia's largest real estate investors, Infortar keeps pace with the times, following the principles outlined in its sustainability report," said Sula.
