On May 20, Infortar held its first annual general meeting of shareholders as a public company. The meeting took place at the conference center of the Tallink SPA & Conference Hotel, with 52 shareholders registered, representing a total of 18,685,543 votes, thus accounting for 88.28% of Infortar's share capital.
At the meeting, the 2023 financial report and the profit distribution proposal submitted by the management board were approved, according to which dividends of 3 euros per share will be paid to shareholders. The payments will be made in two installments, on June 12 and December 12, 2024.
Additionally, the term of office for supervisory board member Toivo Ninnas was extended for the next five years, and the option programs directed at supervisory board members were approved. KPMG Baltics will continue as the company's auditor.
