Infortar's 2023 annual report, as of April 24th, has been audited and approved by the Supervisory Board, and is now awaiting confirmation from the shareholders at the general meeting scheduled for May 20th. At the meeting, the group's Supervisory and Management Board will propose a dividend payment of 3 euros per share based on the financial results of 2023. The report highlights significant events such as the doubling of electricity and gas sales volumes, the acquisition of the Latvian gas network Gaso, and increased stake in Tallink Group, as well as the construction of the RIMI logistics center and the new bridge in Pärnu. For the first time, the company’s sustainability report has been published, prepared in collaboration with specialists from PricewaterhouseCoopers.
